How long does production and delivery take?
In-stock items are dispatched within 3 to 7 days of order confirmation. Transit time then depends on your destination and shipping method: air freight typically runs 5 to 10 days, sea freight 25 to 40 days. Custom or made-to-order items require additional production time, which we confirm when quoting.
Do you offer custom colors, sizes or private labeling?
Yes. Custom colors, dimensions and private-label packaging are available when order quantities justify a dedicated production run. Send us your specification or a reference sample and we will confirm feasibility and pricing before you commit.
How is shipping arranged and what does it cost?
We ship worldwide by sea and air. Shipping cost depends on volume, weight, destination and the incoterm you prefer. Provide your delivery address and target quantity and we will quote freight alongside the product pricing so you can see the full landed cost.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, sample orders are welcome and we recommend them for first-time buyers. Sample pricing differs from wholesale unit pricing because it does not benefit from volume economics. Contact our sales team to arrange a sample shipment for the items you are evaluating.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer and sell direct from our own production in Jinzhou City, Hebei Province, China. Buying direct removes the trading-company markup and means quality issues are resolved at source rather than relayed through intermediaries.
