What information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. There is no account system on this site, and you can browse the entire catalogue without submitting anything.
When you submit a quotation request or contact form, we receive the details you enter — typically your name, email address, company name, country and your enquiry text. When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the message and the contact identifier you used.
We also receive standard technical information that any web server records, such as pages requested, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type and referring page. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which products attract interest.
Advertising and analytics cookies
This site uses the Facebook Pixel, supplied by Meta Platforms. It records that a browser visited particular pages so that we can measure the effect of our advertising and show relevant adverts to people who have shown interest in our products.
This means Meta may receive information about your visit to this site and may combine it with data it already holds about you. Meta's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy, not ours.
